Substance Abuse Prevention and Control

CalOMS Resources

The California Outcome Measurement System (CalOMS) is a data collection and reporting system for substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services. It is used to fulfill federal, state, and county reporting requirements for every admission, discharge, or annual update for each SUD treatment service recipient. This page provides valuable tools/information for providers in completing the data submission request accurately and promptly. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your designated HODA liaison.
