PATIENT ACCESS TO SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER RECORD
In alignment with the recommendations released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and by the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC), SAPC is providing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) patients with the ability to access their own SUD data either directly or by using their application of choice for the purpose of extracting the patient’s data from SAPC’s Electronic Health Record system. Patients can accomplish this by selecting one the 3rd party applications registered with SAPC by the application vendors.
