Request for Administrative Hearing

To request an appeal send a written request along with any supporting documents either by mail or by email as indicated below, and include the date when the HOO Closure, permit/license suspension or revocation notice was issued:

A written request for a hearing shall be made by the permitholder within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the notice.

Failure to request a hearing within 15 calendar days after receipt of the notice shall be deemed a waiver of the right to a hearing.

Important Notice

Due to the current pandemic and in adherence to the Health Officer Order, all County buildings are closed to the public and until further notice, all administrative hearings are held via telephone or through Microsoft Teams meetings.
