Request an Administrative Hearing for a Citation Appeal
Important Notice: All administrative hearings are held by telephone and virtual meetings.
Before submitting a request you must ensure you meet the following conditions:
- Submit appeal within ten (10) calendar days of receiving the citation
- Request must include proof of payment for the citation fine that was issued (unless a request for waiver hardship has been approved)
Failure to meet the above conditions shall constitute a waiver of the responsible person's entitlement to an administrative hearing.
If you are requesting a hearing to appeal an administrative citation, please complete the Request For Administrative Citation Appeal form , and submit as instructed below:
