Veterinarians that suspect an animal has
1. Isolate the animal
from other animals and people.
2. Call our office
to speak to a veterinarian. Call
213-288-7060 (Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm) or
Submit a Report. Complete the Bite
Report Form and email to
email@example.com, or fax to 213-481-2375. If no person was bitten, leave
the Person Bitten section blank or write in
N/A. Bite Report Form
