The Nutrition and Physical Activity Program is one of the many programs located within the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Division of Chronic Disease and Injury Prevention. We receive funds from the United States Department of Agriculture, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed). Locally, SNAP-Ed is referred to as CalFresh Healthy Living.
