Individuals whose addresses could not be mapped to a city/community are not included in the map or data download. The "New Vaccinations By" and "Cumulative Vaccinations" charts include LA County residents without valid addresses.
- When the button “Received 1+ 2025-2026 dose” is selected, the count of persons vaccinated with at least one dose of 2025-2026 vaccine is displayed with the date corresponding to the first dose. - Race/ethnicity categories come from the California Immunization Registry (CAIR). Percentages shown for each demographic subgroup are calculated by dividing the number of recipients from CAIR by the estimated population of LA County residents in that subgroup. Because the numerator and denominator in calculating the percentage of residents vaccinated in each subgroup come from different sources, coverage estimates may be artificially inflated or deflated. This issue is more prominent by race/ethnicity compared with other demographic breakdowns due to people identifying with more than one race. As such, percentages for Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander, Multi-Race, and Other categories are not presented due to likely inaccurate estimates. Percentages for the American Indian/Alaska Native category should be interpreted with caution due to small population size.

- Vaccination data are analyzed from the California Immunization Registry (CAIR) for LA County residents 5-18 years of age. Due to ongoing updates to vaccine recipient addresses, the vaccination estimates for school districts can fluctuate. In addition, the number of vaccinations reported in recent days may be incomplete.
- Vaccine recipients are mapped based on their reported home address, not based on the school district attended.
- Individuals whose addresses are not valid and who could not be mapped to a school district are not included in the map.
- The charts of 'New Daily Vaccinations' and 'Cumulative Vaccinations' include residents without valid addresses.
- Charts display the following: When the button, "Received 1+ 2025-2026 dose," is selected, the count of persons vaccinated with at least one dose of 2025-2026 vaccine is displayed. - School districts with an indication of 'Unreliable Data' include those with fewer than 5-person population size or fewer than 5 people vaccinated.
- Vaccination estimates of "≥ 95%" indicate that population vaccination coverage metrics are capped at 95%.
