MCAH Title V Local Needs Assessment: The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health - Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MCAH) Division invites you to participate in our Title V Needs Assessment. The purpose of the needs assessment is to identify issues within LA County to address in partnership with the California Department of Public Health to develop a five-year plan. Your responses and feedback are important to make sure we're addressing the needs of women/birthing persons, children, adolescents, and families in LA County equitably.
To learn more about the importance of the Title V Needs Assessment, we ask that you watch this short 15 minute video. You can take the Title V Needs Assessment today, by clicking to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/SelectMCAHPriorities.
Your responses are important and we're grateful to have your voice heard! For questions, please contact Tyla Jones, tjones@ph.lacounty.gov
