Training
Education and training for community service agencies and outreach workers to provide basic knowledge around methamphetamine use, effective approaches to engage and serve persons who use, and training and technical assistance for service providers on the latest evidence-based methamphetamine prevention, intervention, and treatment approaches. There is a significant need in the County for this type of methamphetamine-specific training. The selected trainers are locally-based, nationally recognized experts in providing training and technical assistance to community groups and service providers on evidence-based methamphetamine-specific prevention, outreach, and treatment interventions with the focus
on at-risk populations.
