ONTRACK Program Resources, a technical assistance contractor with the
California Department of Alcohol and Drugs Program, has been awarded a contract to promote and coordinate the
Resident-Run Housing Program (RRHP)
The RRHP provides zero interest loans up to $4,000 per application to support the successful
transition of alcohol and other drug program participants into resident-run clean and sober living housing.
Loan funds can be used for first and last month' rent, purchasing major appliances, initiating utility
services, or other expenses associated with start-up housing needs.
Qualified applicants must have:
1. Proof of non-profit status
2. Six residents with documented income
3. Ability to obtain a lease on a 3+ bedroom house
4. Ability to repay the loan over 2 years
